Martin Stančík

Associate

Martin Stančík specialises in banking, finance and capital market law, and contract law.

In the field of banking, finance and the capital market, he primarily focuses on regulatory aspects of financial services and on debt financing.

Martin has also been involved in legal due diligence investigations, drafting and revising commercial and employment contracts, and drafting legal analyses.

Prior to joining our law firm as associate in 2018, Martin worked as a junior associate at Squire Patton Boggs in its Prague office, where he developed practical experience in export financing, insolvency proceedings, and contract law. Prior to joining Squire Patton Boggs he worked in our law firm as a junior associate in the finance and capital market practice group. While studying law at the Masaryk University, Martin worked as a legal assistant in the Prague office of CMS Cameron McKenna.
